What to expect next

Review

We will review the data you have sent us and make sure you are eligible.

Response

We will then respond with next steps and let you know if we need additoinal documents like boarding passes, receipts, IDs, and any other documentation we need.

Claim

We file the claim on your behalf and work with the airlines to get you the most compensation possible.

Collect

We collect the compensation on your behlf if the outcome is positive and then pay you out your portion minus our 30% fee.

If for whatever reason the claim is denied we will let you know the response and next steps.
